PR Project LLC (“PR Project,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI-driven coaching platform for endurance coaches and their athletes.

2. What We Collect

• Account & Profile Data: name, email, password, branding assets (logo, colors)
• Health & Fitness Data: race dates, workout history, power, heart rate, HRV, sleep & recovery scores. We treat this data as sensitive personal information and apply additional safeguards to its storage and processing.
• Usage Data: pages viewed, features used, timestamps
• Device & Log Data: IP address, browser/OS info, crash reports
• Cookies & Tracking: session cookies, analytics identifiers

3. Why We Collect It

• Service Delivery: authenticate users, manage accounts, and power AI recommendations
• AI Coaching: your health and fitness data is processed by our AI systems — including third-party AI providers — to generate personalized training plans. We do not sell this data, and third-party AI providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
• Support & Communication: respond to inquiries and send system updates
• Analytics & Improvement: understand feature usage, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product

4. How We Share It

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: hosting, analytics, and email delivery providers who process data on our behalf
• AI Providers: third-party AI services that process your data to generate coaching recommendations, under strict data processing agreements
• Integrations: with your permission, we exchange data with third-party apps you connect (e.g., Garmin, Apple Health)
• Coaches & Athletes: data you explicitly choose to share with others on the platform
• Legal Requirements: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use first- and third-party cookies to manage sessions, personalize your experience, and gather anonymized analytics. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as you maintain an active account (plus up to 90 days afterward for backups and legal compliance). You can request deletion of your personal data at any time — see “Your Rights” below.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (with some legal exceptions)
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Port your data to another service

Our platform is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our platform evolves. We'll post the new version here with a revised effective date and notify active users by email if the changes are material.
