2. What We Collect

  • Account & Profile Data: name, email, password, branding assets (logo, colors)
  • Athlete Metrics: race dates, workout history, power, heart rate, HRV, sleep & recovery scores
  • Usage Data: pages viewed, features used, timestamps
  • Device & Log Data: IP address, browser/OS info, crash reports
  • Cookies & Tracking: session cookies, analytics identifiers

3. Why We Collect It

  • Service Delivery: authenticate users, manage subscriptions, power AI recommendations
  • AI Coaching: feed our algorithms so plans adapt to each athlete's real-time and historical data
  • Support & Communication: respond to inquiries, send system updates and (opt-in) marketing
  • Analytics & Improvement: understand feature usage, troubleshoot issues, inform product roadmap

4. How We Share It

We share data with:

  • Vendors & Providers: secure hosting, payment processors, analytics services, email delivery
  • API Partners & Integrations: with your permission, share data with third-party apps (e.g., Garmin, Apple Health)
  • Legal Requirements: if required by law or to protect our rights
  • With Your Coaches/Athletes: data you explicitly share with others on the platform

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use first- and third-party cookies to manage sessions, personalize your experience, and gather anonymized analytics. You can manage your cookie preferences via our in-app settings or through your browser.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as you maintain an active account (plus up to 90 days afterward for backups and legal compliance). You can request deletion of your personal data at any time; see "Your Rights" below.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (with some legal exceptions)
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Port your data to another service
  • Opt-out of marketing emails anytime

8. Security

We apply industry-standard measures—encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular audits—to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure; by using PR Project you accept that residual risk.

9. Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our platform evolves. We'll post the new version here with a revised "Effective Date" and notify active users by email or in-app banner if the changes are material.
