PR Project Terms of Use

1. Who We Are

PR Project, LLC (“PR Project,” “we,” “us”) operates an AI-driven coaching platform for endurance coaches and their athletes (the “Platform”).

2. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You will provide an email, password, and any required credentials.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

5. License to Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your coaching activities, subject to these Terms.

6. Your Content

• You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., workouts, logos, images).
• By uploading, you grant PR Project a license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Platform. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
• You confirm that you have all necessary rights to any content you submit.

7. AI Recommendations

• The Platform uses AI — including third-party AI providers — to process athlete data (performance metrics, race dates, recovery scores) and generate coaching insights.
• AI-generated recommendations are for guidance only. You remain fully responsible for coaching decisions and athlete safety.
• AI outputs may not always be accurate. You should review all recommendations before acting on them.

8. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance and auto-renew until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time. No prorated refunds except where required by law.
• During the beta period, pricing and plan features may change. We will give you reasonable notice before any pricing changes take effect.

9. Third-Party Integrations

• With your permission, we connect with external services (e.g., Garmin, Apple Health).
• You control which integrations to enable. PR Project is not responsible for third-party service availability or security.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform.
• Use the Platform for unlawful activities.
• Interfere with or disrupt Platform operations or security.

11. Termination

• By You: Cancel your account anytime via account settings or by emailing us.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will be accurate. PR Project disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PR Project's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PR Project and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, MN.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. We'll notify active users by email if the changes are material. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
